Digital Multimeters (DMM, digital multimeter or multipurpose meter) with scale lengths from 5.5 to 8.5 digits. Keithley System DMM’s are characterized by high basic accuracy in conjunction with high measurement speed. Each model has RS232 and IEEE 488 as standard interfaces, the new models also include USB and LXI interfaces. In addition to the normal DMM measurement functions such as DC / AC voltage, DC / AC current and resistance, Keithley DMMs provide temperature, capacitance, frequency and period measurements. Each Keithley DMM can be extended with a field installable switch card to multiple input channels starting from 10 to a few 100 channels per unit.
