Description

SMT- Setzer Messtechnik offers Milliohmmeters for very low resistance measurements. Resolutions in the Nanoohm region are archieved. Milliohmmeters find their application for conductivity measurements, contact resistance measurements or any low ohm resistivity measurements. With the "dry circuit" method, the open terminal voltage is clamped at 20mV. A thermal Offset Voltage Compensation enables stabel and accurate results. SMT offers Milliohmmeters from Hioki, GWinstek and Keithley Instruments.
