The semiconductor metrology is one of the core competencies of SMT-Setzer Messtechnik. Source Measure Units, Parameter Analyzers or Wafer Level Reliability Systems from Keithley Instruments are used by the semiconductor industry for materials research, development, production, final wafer tests and failure analysis. With the Company MPI we are able to offer complete solutions for wafer level measurements. MPI is a producer of prober stations for 50 to 300mm Wafers, DC to 110GHz for test temperature ranges from -60°C to 300°C.
