The laboratory power supplies Series 2200 from Keithley Instruments are true linear regulated power supplies with a floating output. The current- and voltage output is free of spikes and has very low noise to supply sensitive circuits. An internal memory allows customer programmable sweeps for automated applications. All units show the programmed and the actual value for voltage and current on the display and are equipped with USB- and GPIB interfaces.
