FuG-Series HCP
High voltage power supplies up to 300kV are the speciality of FuG. These chopped HV power supplies are offered from 14 Watt power up to the 150kW range. The voltages start at 3500 VDC and end at 300 000 VDC (300kV). The voltages and also the currents are exactly adjustable startingt from 0 and a fast regulation ensures constant output values for dynamic loads. The basic accuracy and stability of 10E-4 from the respective final value can be extended to a maximum of 2x10E-6. This means for example, a voltage of 10kV can be generated with an accuracy of 20mV(!). The current measurement can be driven into the nanoampere range. There are numerous applications where high-precision HV voltages are used. FuG HV devices can be found in mass spectrometers, electronic lenses, for acceleration of atomic particles or in electrostatic dust filters.
